Most of our treatments involve rubbing and massaging skin lightly with virgin herbal oil mixed with cinnamon or essential oils as per requirement and the results of massages surely live up to their names.Range of Treatments

  • Ayrveda Full Body Massage, 1 hr  – to balance out doshas within your body to achieve spiritual fulfilment and relaxation.
  • Sri Lankan Herbal Bundle Massage 1 hr & 30 min – Gives strength to the muscles. Activate peripheral nervous system. Improves skin texture and circulation. Induces good sleep and reduces the stress.
  • Neck & Shoulder Massage 45 min – Enhanced feeling of relaxation and contentment. Relief from pain stress and tension.
  • Shirodhara 45 min – It is a form of treatment in which warm, herbalized Ayurvedic oil is poured onto your forehead.
  • Head Massage 30 – Massage helps ease muscle spasms and knots in parts of the body prone to tightness and tension.
  • Face Massagee 20 – tension around the jaw is released and tightness in the scalp loosens. This helps firm the facial tissue by stimulating muscles, smoothes fine lines, and helps aid in lymph flow.
  • Foot Massage 20 min – Ayurvedic foot massage can alleviate psychological imbalances—including anxiety, nervousness, and depression.
  • Herbal Steam Bath 30 min – Treatment addresses imbalances within the body and works to bring a person’s Dosha back into its original state.

The staff were fantastic, always on hand to help. At points it felt like there were more staff than guests as it was off season. The room was great and had everything we needed, overlooking the pool. The shower was hot and powerful. Didn't spend much time by the pool as we were at the beach but it was heated which made it lovely to come back for an evening dip.

In one word, I must say it was great and I recommend this hotel. I spent more than two days to choose this hotel and checked the nearby hotels, and now after the experience of staying in this hotel, I can confidently say that it was a good choice. The hotel staff were very polite and kind. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Had a hearty breakfast. The view of the rooms was to the pool and also to the palm trees in front of which the peacocks came around at sunset and made the view more beautiful.
